CENH Consultancy was founded on a simple observation: the companies that succeed are the ones that prepare their people before change forces them to.
The gap we saw.
Every era of business has its arriving change. Today it's AI - and most companies are meeting it the same way they met the last one: a tool bought here, a pilot abandoned there, and people expected to adapt on their own time.
We saw two gaps, not one. Companies lack structured AI capability - real literacy, from the front line to the boardroom. And they lack the human foundations that make any change stick: energy, resilience, wellbeing. Treating those as separate problems is why so many transformations stall.
CENH was established in the UAE to close both gaps at once - education that builds capability, and programmes that look after the people carrying it. From Dubai, we work with companies across the GCC and worldwide.
CARMEN ELENA NAVARRO HUMADA - FOUNDER
The founder.
CENH was founded by Carmen Elena Navarro Humada, a professional with extensive experience in the HR and corporate sphere, and a clinical career in nutrition spanning five decades - including postgraduate training in the United States and France.
Across a career spanning Latin America, the United States, Europe and the UAE, she watched the same pattern repeat: technology changes fastest, but people decide whether a company keeps up. She established CENH to give organisations both halves of that equation - the capability to use what's new, and the wellbeing to sustain it.
